We accept the following credit cards:

Enter your card details during the order process. We have security server software with SSL encryption that protects your card details during transmission.
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of your order and your order can be dispatched to you immediately.

You will be automatically redirected to PayPal. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can make the payment by entering your e-mail address and your personal password. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then make the payment. After completing the payment you will receive a confirmation.

In order to be able to offer Klarna's payment options, we will transmit personal data, such as contact details and order data, to Klarna. This enables Klarna to assess whether you can use the payment options offered via Klarna and to customise the payment options to your needs. You can find general information about Klarna here. Your personal data will be treated by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in Klarna's privacy policy.

With the UNGER Concierge Selection payment option, you have eight days after receipt of the goods to make a decision.

Simply inform us of your selection by telephone on +49 (0) 40 600 88 50 or in writing by e-mail to service@unger.de.

Alternatively, send the parcel back to us with the completed cancellation form. We will then send you an adjusted invoice. If we do not receive any feedback from you, the invoice will be sent automatically by e-mail after 10 days.

Invoices that have already been paid will be stored in the customer account in the form of a credit note; a payout is not possible.

This payment method is not available for new customers.

For the purpose of credit/creditworthiness checks, Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, 41460 Neuss, Germany, will transmit to us the address and creditworthiness data stored in your database, including score values determined on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures, provided that we have credibly demonstrated our legitimate interest. UNGER.DE can only enable purchase on account if you have sufficient creditworthiness

Pay by Bank / Open Banking is a direct transfer procedure and enables you to pay the outstanding purchase amount quickly. All you need is a bank account and access to online banking with a tan procedure.

You will be forwarded to the service provider https://tink.com/ and use your online banking details to make the payment. Thanks to the transaction confirmation, your order can be dispatched immediately. Find out more at https://tink.com/.

Any transfer costs and fees are to be borne by the customer. Credit notes from returns will only be transferred back to the bank account from which the original order was paid.

We ask you to transfer the respective amount within the next five working days, stating your order number. Your order will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment.

You can also redeem your voucher from UNGER or UZWEI online. To do this, order by prepayment or selection and send your voucher by e-mail to service@unger.de. In the event of a return, a new voucher will be issued. Payment is not possible. Each voucher is valid for 3 years.

As an Austrian customer, you have the option of choosing the payment method EPS bank transfer. After selecting the bank, you will be connected to the corresponding online banking system. After successful authorisation (via TAN or digital signature), the amount due will be transferred to your account. You will then receive an electronic order confirmation. TWINT allows you to pay securely and conveniently online. Simply link your Swiss bank account or credit card to the app and you're ready to pay. TWINT offers quick and easy payment processing without you having to re-enter your card details every time.

For CH only.

To use Alipay, select the payment option in the checkout. You will then be redirected to the Alipay platform where you can log in securely and confirm the payment. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the online shop where you will receive the order confirmation.

Only for the asian countries.

If you select WeChat Pay as your payment method in the online shop, a QR code will be displayed or you will be redirected to a page with a QR code. Open the WeChat app on your smartphone and scan the QR code. Confirm the payment in the WeChat app, usually by PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition. The payment will be finalised and you will be redirected back to the online shop, where the order will be confirmed.  

Only available for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan.

Select IDEAL during the payment process, then log into your online banking and confirm the payment directly. The money is transferred immediately so that the order can be processed quickly.

If you select Bancontact as your payment option, you will be redirected to your bank to log in securely and authorise the payment. The payment is confirmed immediately and the order is then processed.
