All deliveries sent by UNGER.DE are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have taken possession of your delivery and confirmed this in writing, the insurance cover expires. In the event that you make a separate storage agreement with the shipping company (e.g. desired location), please note the shipping company's terms and conditions, which are independent of ours. In most cases, the shipping service provider does not assume liability.
For partial shipments, shipping costs are only charged once.
We process and dispatch orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 CET. If available, the goods will be ready for dispatch no later than three working days after receipt of payment.

unger concierge delivery
Our UNGER Fashion Concierge Service will personally deliver your order within Hamburg - all orders received by 10 a.m. will be delivered to you on the same day. We charge a delivery fee of €30.00 for orders under €500.00.
packstation
DHL delivery to a Packstation within Germany is possible in principle. Large parcels that do not fit into a compartment may have to be collected from a Deutsche Post branch or a parcel store.
store unger pick up
You can collect your order from UNGER at Neuer Wall 35, 20354 Hamburg, during business hours. You will be notified by e-mail or telephone as soon as the goods are ready for collection. After 7 days, your order will be processed as a return and the purchase price refunded if applicable.
You will need a valid photo ID for collection. Please also bring the confirmation of receipt of your order that we have sent you by e-mail.
shipment tracking
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number. You will also receive relevant status e-mails so that you know where your parcel is at all times. You can check the status of your parcel at any time via the link contained in the e-mails. As a registered customer, you will find the link to your shipment tracking in the ‘My account’ section. In the event of a return, please keep the consignment number until you have been refunded the invoice amount.
duties and taxes within the eu
For all goods shipped within the European Union, no additional taxes or duties are due. The item prices and delivery costs include the applicable VAT and are therefore stated as gross prices.

duties and taxes for non eu member states
If your main residence is in a third country and have your order delivered to the corresponding address, you will only be charged the net value (purchase price excluding VAT). The final purchase price is shown in checkout after selecting the country of delivery. For customers from Switzerland, the final amount is shown as a gross amount, as we pay the import tax for you and you do not have to worry about anything.
The resulting import sales tax and any customs duties or handling fees must be paid separately to our service partner (e.g. DHL Express). Please note that we cannot reimburse you for these costs if you return the items.
If you do not comply with the service partner's request for payment, a chargeable retransfer of the order will be necessary. An additional fee of €50.00 will be deducted from the refundable amount .

You can log in under Login (at the top of the homepage) or create a new customer account under Login/Register. If you have your main place of residence in a third country and we deliver the goods to the corresponding address, you will always pay the net amount at UNGER.DE The import sales tax and any customs duties or handling fees are to be paid separately to our service partner (e.g. DHL Express, Aitport Courier, Federal Express). Please note that we cannot refund these costs if you return the items.
