    You can collect your order from UNGER at Neuer Wall 35, 20354 Hamburg, during business hours. You will be notified by e-mail or telephone as soon as the goods are ready for collection. After 7 days, your order will be processed as a return and the purchase price refunded if applicable.

    You will need a valid photo ID for collection. Please also bring the confirmation of receipt of your order that we have sent you by e-mail. 

    Our UNGER Fashion Concierge Service will personally bring your delivery to you within Hamburg - all orders received by 10 am will be delivered to you on the same day. We charge a delivery fee of €30.00 for orders under €500.00.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service at weekends and on public holidays. In exceptional cases, the shipping method can be changed to an alternative by our shipping department. For a possible return, please ask our customer service for a DHL return label.

    If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 28 days from the day after you receive the goods.
